THIS RETURN POLICY WILL ONLY BE APPLICABLE IN CASE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED DEFECTIVE/WRONG/NON-OPERATIONAL PRODUCT.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT PROCESS ANY RETURN/EXCHANGE IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT IN ANY MANNER.
Merchandise can be returned within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
Terms & Conditions for Returns :-
* The cost of shipping for return, plus the cost of shipping for the replaced product is to be borne by the customer.
* In the likely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of item received.
* Customs charges/duties, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
* Please mention your Order Id while sending your return. Order Id is the only way we will be able to identify your order and accept returns.
* Before returning the product to us, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
* We'll notify you via e-mail of your return status.
* Customised products cannot be returned.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return of any item.
Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is thoroughly checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement, at the artisan's premises. The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the product is shipped to the customer.
